Registration Fees

Registration includes:  Access to all IEEE PIMRC 2022 sessions including Workshops, Tutorials, Panels, and Technical Sessions. We will conduct our program with a variety of live programming elements.

If you are a student and presenting a paper, we ask you to please register in the Author category. As per IEEE ComSoc Policy; to be published in the IEEE PIMRC 2022 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the Author Full Conference rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference. Non-refundable registration fees MUST be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one registration is valid for up to 3 conference papers. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore®.

Each paper must be presented via a live presentation during the conference date.
A paper not presented will be removed from the final conference proceedings before uploading to IEEE Xplore®. No refund will be made to the authors of these papers.

Additional Page Fee
Each additional page (over 6) of the final paper submission will incur an additional page fee of JPY 12000, this should be paid upon author registration
